  We called Junction 3 years ago because they were recommended by A.O. Smith. The woman who dispatches calls for this company was so rude to my wife, that I called and complained to the owner, Nick (who seemed nice enough). The mechanic that they sent was a pro, and fixed the water heater quickly and went through the extra trouble of getting our part under warranty. I’d be likely to use this company again in a pinch.
